We used Relo Pro to move my mother's belongings into a Pod and then a month later to empty the Pod at her new residence. Both times they arrived as scheduled. They worked quickly and efficiently. There was not a scratch on anything. She had a lot of art with glass covers, and a lot of glass covered furniture and nothing was broken. They were very friendly and respectful towards my mom even if she requested they move a piece of furniture to a different place. I would definitely use them again.

I was very impressed with the three gentlemen that were dispatched to handle the unloading of two storage containers that I had delivered. All were courteous and professional in the way they handled themselves. I was always asked where articles needed to be placed and everything was carried to the specified location and not just left in the hallway or the entry way to a room. I did not ask them to assemble any furniture but they volunteered to help me, since I moved by myself, but I declined. They asked me whenever they were going to take a quick break. Given that it was fairly humid out and close to 90 degrees I did not mind as I would rather have them hydrated and happy then sprawled out on my front lawn with heat exhaustion/stroke. Everything went smoothly and was finished ahead of schedule (3hrs). A heartfelt thanks to Jason and his crew. I will certainly use them again and will recommend him and his workers to any and everyone.

Steve and Alberto did a fantastic job. When Steve first arrived, his original helper was a no show but Steve jumped right in and started working while trying to find another worker. It took some time but he was able to find someone. He had to go and pick him up which took some time. Upon his return with Alberto, they were able to get everything moved we wanted and they didn't start our time until both of them were there. The workers who did the job were great. I would put more emphasis on the management - they should have driven someone to the site rather than having Steve drive for over an hour to pick up co-worker and return and find someone rather than having the worker have to find someone..

I hired ReloPro to pack some family items that we were having moved from IL to WI. Given that I am living half way around the world, I was nervous about a) hiring a company via the Internet and b) how the job would be completed. Dave showed up on time and had purchased all the moving supplies that would be needed for packing/storing our items. They did a wonderful job packing our belongings. My brother was very impressed with the job that ReloPro did on our behalf. The system with HireAPro was also seamless and made payment very easy to handle. I would highly recommend their service to anyone!

Two people came on time to help us move out of our condo into a POD like moving unit. They were very helpful to pack the unit, distribute the weight and fit everything that needed to be fitted in there. The job did take a lot longer than we expected, however, it was a decent walk from our condo to the location of the packing unit. They were very respectful of our property and worked hard to get things done.

What a wonderful experience! We highly and enthusiastically recommend Relopro for all your moving needs. Three personable, professional men packed two PODS for us and they astonished both us and themselves. All of us honestly thought we'd need another POD. They worked the packing job like a puzzle and safely packed everything. The team was courteous and considerate. They have to be the best team on the planet. No kidding.
Moving isn't fun, but this team made it so much easier and we had some funny moments as well. They were good humored and kept track of their time honestly. We can't say enough about Jason's team of professional packers/movers. I wish we could take them with us to unpack at the other end!

Wow, Jason went out of his way to make my moving experience pleasant. He and his partner showed up on time and got everything where it needed to be. Jason even went way beyond my job expectation by seeing I got back from dropping off the rental truck ok. Who does that kind of customer service anymore? I will absolutely use them again for my next move.

Very professional. Prompt and very courteous. They were on time and handled all items with great care as if their own. They had to remove a door to get some furniture in one of the areas, I was impressed by the care of removing the door and the replacement of the door, then checking to make sure the door operated well. They even gently removed and replaced the decoration wreath that was on the door.
Heavy items were not a problem, and I did worry about how they might handle my china hutch which is a Thomasville two piece, very heavy solid wood, glass sides and glass front. They measured the hutch, the doorway, the wall area I wanted it, and looked over the route to bring it into the house, all to make sure that the transition from the truck to the placement area went smooth. The move of the hutch china cabinet was very well done, as was the entire unloading.
I have already recommended Jason's company, Relopro, and, I will use him again for any moving needs.
