They didn’t even show up! They confirmed my move and then after that I couldn’t get in contact, it would go straight to voicemail that wasn’t accepting messages! Disappointing, especially on a day that is already stressful and for them not to show up is not cool!

We had wonderful experience with Major Moves! They were flexible and accommodating with our schedule as we did not know for sure when our truck would arrive. They called to say they were going to arrive early, if we were okay with that. It was a great experience. They worked hard, were fast, but cautious of our not damaging our stuff. Very professional and extremely polite. I definitely would hire them again. Probably the best money spent this whole move!
