On time, courteous, up front pricing, booked them at midnight and they were able to be there at noon the next day. All around a great experience.

They were a little late but it was because they had someone call in sick and had to get another worker. I had an 875 lbs safe to move and they
absolutely needed a fourth person.
When the arrived they got right to work and basically didn’t stop until the job was finished.
John, the owner, was a great guy even though he was a Tennessee Volunteer fan, Roll Tide, lol. He kept me informed of any issues and his employees were respectful and courteous.
They treated my possessions with respect and were professional through the moving.

The workers did a very good job.
As for the rest of the story, I found the promo confusing and had I looked at the quote I would probably have cancelled.
We were really busy loading the truck so once I got the confirmation I was focused on having unloaders available. Turns out there are lots of places with ready to roll unloaders.
Should have done more research. Time squeeze didn't allow for that .
The advertisement suggested we were getting two workers for 60.00 per.hour Turns out it was sixty dollars per hour per man.
The second mistake I made was booking three hours,
Should have only booked minimum hours and added by e-mail if necessary .
Probably the last move I will ever make so the lesson I learned wont help me but might help others.My impression was that there were too many fingers in the pie.
I think the helpers were from a temp agency so I paid the agency, the helpers and the company that hires the workers from the agency.

A good job overall, although I doubt they needed the third guy. Also, their assembly of our sleep number bed was deficient, even though it was their first time

We had an employee say that the only way he made money was for us to tip him. When we got to our location we had multiple pieces of furniture scratched, or broken. 1 end table it was a complete leg. End table can not be replaced. King head board damaged and scratched. Broken picture chairs with footprints and grease stains from the chairs turned upside down with no blankets on the bottom to protect them. We supplied blankets. I have pictures

The guys arrived on time, were professional, and very efficient. They worked hard, were respectful of my property, and did an all around great job.
I highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again for any future moves!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We send out a text to every customer (it may take a day or so but you will receive it before your move) it requires them answer each question as it’s very important! If we don’t immediately reach out to you please don’t get worried, we stay busy and it’s our promise to get every customer taken care of with with the respect and full attention on the items they cherish. If we can’t get to the phone if you call, plz respect that we are giving a customer our full attention as we will give you on your move day!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Passion for what we do! A crew that will handle their belongings as if it were their grandmothers prized possessions, respect, trustworthy men that move really fast and the knowledge to get the job done and take every stress off the customers back!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have labeled boxes is a plus, everything packed and ready to be loaded, make sure we have a clear walkway to and from the truck (it’s a hazard and danger to your belongings and to the crew members), please trust we know how to load a truck and no instructions are appreciated.

The smile and comfort we see after a job is complete the stress just melts from the once tense customer to now a moved, loaded, or unloaded happy customer! Our number one goal is satisfaction and we strive everyday to make every customer feel this way
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have an in hand in the field training. We always bring a new guy of course he is an extra guy the customer does not pay for but what better way to train a man, you can’t teach moving you have to experience it. And to be a great mover you have to have passion and again you can’t teach passion you either have it or you don’t! We can’t see or know unless we put them inside the field!

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
