Movers showed un 2.5 hours late. They did a decent job loading. However, the two movers were constantly arguing, talking, joking, etc. This delayed the process and it went over two hours. I mentioned that I do not want to keep them overtime, but they insisted that they would finish the job. I thought it would be complimentary, but they tried to charge extra. Ended up not paying for the extra 30min, but was not very satisfied with the whole process.

Jacob and Arron's crew did an amazing job. Our trailer couldn't get to the driveway, so they unloaded everything off the trailer and hauled it down the street to our house. They were fast, careful, and extremely courteous. Highly recommend.

Our tru k arrived with our furniture. I have Knicks and scratches on almost every piece of furniture. We supplied adequate moving blankets.They did not cover furniture.Bubblewrap does not protect wood.

I had a horrible experience with this company, it was a 3 man crew and one of there men was a total psycho. I told them ALL I wanted moved was In the dining room & one bedroom. This man went through ALL my rooms looking around. He smoked a vape in my house & kept following me around. He was so high the other workers told him to go outside and sit. I was alone, and I was so afraid that he was going to come back alone. I called the company 3 times to speak to the manager. No one ever returned my call. I almost had to call the police. I was so scared. I have never been afraid of anyone in my house. But I was afraid of this person.
