They were hired to get me all packed up. At which they did!!!

First off, the movers did not wrap and hook the furniture properly though we provided enough blankets and heavy duty straps. As a result, some furniture fell on top of others and got damaged.
Second, they worked for two hours but charged us for three hours without our knowledge. Our extra cost to hire was additional unworked hour and TIPS!
