Paid for 4 hours to unload a 26 ft truck into a cottage and then a storage unit 15 minutes down the road. Only took them 2.5 hours because of their efficiency. Would recommend to anybody needing help loading or unloading!

First of all you must take into account that my unload was done on a Friday and there is an unprecedented amount of moves to this area right now. The 4 man crew I requested was only 3 man due to staffing issues. The 3 guys that did my unload were noticeably worn out. They had been working 6-7 days a week and being a friday I supposed made things worse. They weren't very fast but I did have a lot of heavy item to move. They worked their butts off. Never complained and worked very hard. Although it did take longer than expected they did a very good job.The owner was reachable, caring, and willing to do what it took to get the job done as well as my satisfaction. I moved from Florida to Tennessee and used ABF U-Pack ( great choice) except the delivery of the trailers was later than originally expected which was easily accommodated by the owner of Sebastian Moving. He really went out of his way to make sure my stuff was unloaded as soon as the trailers arrived.I was overall pleased with my unload and would recommend this company to anyone. Also if I need anything moved, loaded,or unloaded I will be calling Sebastian Movers.
