I was very satisfied with their packing and moving. They were prompt and well organized. It could not have gone better with the truck being well utilized for space, they were careful of the property (where I was moving from) and my belongings. I would recommend using them as movers.

The moving labor helpers did a great job. They were knowledgeable about how to load my storage container to maximize the amount we could get in it. Also, they wrapped furniture and packed so the furniture was protected. They were careful not hit or run into walls when taking furniture out of my house into container. I would use them again in the future if I needed moving labor help.

They were really nice but after they left viewing the container was a mess. The dryer door that is glass or some fragile plastic of some sort was pressed up against the metal frame ready to either be broken or extremely scratched. I had to take everything out except the heaviest furniture in the back all by myself (a small framed female with a 6 month old in the house). I did have to move heavy furniture back out from the front to get to the dryer to move it away from the wall of the pod, and now not sure how to remedy that. I had to move all of the bags of clothes that were placed in. I had to move lighter furniture as well and boxes. I had a bunch of heavy furniture left upstairs that I’m not able to move on my own, so now I’ll have to hire more people to come move the rest of the furniture, not only upstairs but in the other rooms downstairs that could have been moved to my garage to help me out. I should have reviewed everything before they left and that’s my fault. The pod could have been filled more efficiently by placing certain furniture in a different way. Nothing was strapped down, there was loose furniture and other hard items that were ready to fly around inside the pod that I had to remove.

They did a great job. Arrived about 20 minutes early and were ready to begin moving things. They were careful and respectful of our belongings. I’ll be sure to call them again when we need to move.

On moving day they called and told me that they were finishing up another job and would be late. Usually I would have been annoyed that they were 2 hours late l but they kept in touch with me and kept me advised about when they were on their way so that kept me satisfied. When they got to me they brought an additional 2 people to help load the truck and didn't charge me for the extra help which was a huge bonus. The staff was very nice and worked lickety split to get my truck loaded. I highly recommend them!
