The guys were very nice and friendly. The work began with getting the boxes into the container which looked like it was going good....then they were putting the furniture in and two chairs were still sitting there when I thought for sure they should have gone in already, it was almost like they didn’t want to load them. They didn’t get into the container and I sure didn’t have time to sell them nor move them. They were left behind. New lazy boy Charlotte chairs. Not happy. I have no idea why they thought it was okay!

The guys were on time and gave me a call beforehand to let me know they were on their way.
They were very considerate and polite. They asked questions about where they should put things and carefully did as we asked.
They worked hard and got everything done that we needed within the time frame we had.
I was so very happy with them and would recommend them to everyone and anyone that needs help with their move.

The original movers had car trouble and couldn't make it so another group was sent. They did a great job getting everything moved in. Nice guys who took good care of everything they moved in.

The fist guys did not show up. The send guys showed up two hours later. The second guys kept putting our furniture on the ground. And they did not help guide me off the auto transport so my car got damaged.

We called in advance and you said it was okay since you didnt arrive till 3 and a half hours after the job was booked secondly after 5 the service elevator was out and seeing as you didnt arrive till 5 we had to go up and down several flights of steps and lastly you didnt ask for help with the auto transport so we didnt know you needed help or that the car was damaged.

This is a horrible company. DO NOT USE THEM! They did not know what they were doing and did not finish the job. We were moving to Texas for a new job and I ultimately had to get friends of mine to finish and we ended up re-doing a lot of what they had done. Gave me a phone number to call and did not answer. Extremely unprofessional. Should not be in business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First off our number is the same now as it was the day you booked your move. My guys where there for the full time you needed them. When the job was over you asked if we could come back and my crew leader gave you my number and hireahelpers number. You never called. If you wanted us to come back you would have called and booked us. Just like you did to begin with.
