They were on time, easy to work with and worked until the job was completed.

The crew was timely and prepared. However, I had 18 furniture pads for their use and had 10 left when they were finished. The floor of the trailer did not sustain damage as the pads were used on the floor of the trailer. An Ethan Allan desk was damaged by not using a furniture pad. The wooden drawer pull broke and now the drawers on a desk without locks will not open. I reminded them several times that I had furniture pads.
Rather than using the furniture pads, the dresser mirror as stuffed between couch cushions and the cushions now have a crease from the mirror.
I would not use them again.

This was merely to load from home the POD that was already delivered. They were several hours late in arrival. However, they had called to give me some warning. They were not wearing anything that would lead me to believe that they worked for a company.
They were nice. They did the job.
I don't have any real complaints.

I wanted to break down my bed but I felt a little rushed so i didn't worry about it. I'll get someone to help me with it, plus I didn't have anymore room left on the truck. But overall great service, polite and good workers.
