They were on time! Worked really hard considering the weather conditions (hot). My husband was pleased with them. Which was a good thing because he’s a complainer. But, he had no complaints. They were respectful of our things and the property and I would use them again!

I was disappointed by the service I received. For starters, they were over an hour late and I did not receive a phone call to let me know. I had to call to ask what was going on. After I called, I received a message saying they'd pushed their arrival time back one hour. The movers themselves were perfectly nice, but their professionalism (one in particular) left a lot to be desired. Specifically, the one mover had long hair and did not put it back and it - and his sweat - was all over everything he moved. I had a treadmill that I told Jacob about prior to the actual move date and the movers did not know how to disassemble it. They attempted to do it and got nowhere and then had to put the screws that they took out back in and I am not at all confident they did that correctly. I've had to hire another mover to handle the treadmill, which is a huge inconvenience, cost, and altogether letdown.
I had a great experience with Hire-A-Helper last year when I moved from Lexington, KY to Cincinnati. This time, though, I was really displeased and do not feel that the situation was handled well by management. I won't use this company again.

We were super impressed with the positive attitude of your team and they didn’t stop working until the job was completed. They did an amazing job organizing and packing the box truck and what would have taken us 2 trips in the box truck they were able to get into a single truck with some skilled planning and arranging. I would hire them again without hesitation.

The crew that came was amazing. They knew the elevator *might* break (and it did, but only for a few minutes), but had no qualms about carrying some heavier pieces up the stairs. They were kind, on time, and got the job done. Very thankful for BAMM.
