They showed up on time and were polite. I had few boxes that still needed to be taped and labeled, so I told them to leave those boxes alone and I would complete them as they loaded boxes from the other rooms.
I had bungees, but they said I needed straps. I left to get the straps which took me 45 minutes round-trip. When I returned, I walked into them stuffing things in the boxes I needed to complete, and they had already packed several in the truck. I was the only one there with them and was trying to do a million things to get boxes ready and help them.
They asked me numerous times to show them, once again, which items were to be packed. They loaded most of the furniture and then came in to tell me that everything was not going to fit. I asked them to pack as many boxes as possible; to fill the truck. A few minutes later they said they were done. I went to look in the truck. I could see there was still plenty of room for more boxes. They assured me that they could not stack to high because of the door being able to close. Also, they said they could not put any boxes on the table because they might fall and break a fragile shelf I had. I was just “done”, so hesitantly let them leave. I look around to see what still needed to be packed and there was another medium sized box truck of items to pack.
My son-in-law flew in later that evening to drive the truck to Georgia for me. I told him how disappointed I was in the movers, so he looked in the truck early the next morning. He ended up rearranging a few things, and was able to add another 60+ boxes and another two pieces of furniture in the truck. The movers clearly were not trained on how to pack or they were just in a hurry to get home. I still have to rent another box truck to get the rest of my items to Georgia, but at least I can get a small box truck to do the job.
I was not impressed with these young men at all. I would not recommend or use this company again.

They were able to get me in the same day. They were very careful around everything. They worked hard the entire time, and seemed to genuinely want to be there to help accomplish your moving goals.

I hired B.A.M.M because I needed someone to help load my truck after being let down by a different moving company. I booked them the same day and they came hours later. The two gentlemen that came were very professional and they packed everything super neat in the 16’ truck I rented. I ended up having to drive 12+ hours to another state and none of my furniture or items were damaged despite driving over many bumps and pot holes in the roads. I will recommend them to everyone I know in the area. A+ service.

They were 30 minutes late and we had half of my apt loaded. I did not think it was justified to pay them a min of 2 hours when they were late so I cancelled. THey are charging me a $25 fee for cancellation...pretty shady
