The guys were amazing and if they were in Baltimore I would recommend people use their service.

However, we do have a Major Problem.
Four workers were requested (and paid for), yet only three workers showed up.
Also, while I requested four hours of work, only an hour and a half was needed from each. I do understand that there is a two-hour minimum, but I would like to have the additional two-hours for all refunded.
So, I'm expecting a refund [since the full amount was charged to our account].
