They are okay but not good. They damage my furniture and and scratch my brand new hardwood floor. They came 2 hours late. The reason i’m giving them 3 star is because they finished unloading in less than 2 hours. If you are looking for someone to unload let them know you have to let them assemble your furniture or else they will just unload and leave your furniture without putting it together, i put on my description but they still keep telling me I didn’t tell i have to put them together my furniture which i did on description. I have some experience from someone else and you don’t have to tell them anything they will come with all the tools and equipment they need and will put your tv, furniture together without telling them before leaving your house.

They worked hard and was very respectful. Could've been more organized. With regards to schedule , timing was off, but I can see their trying to head in the right direction.

The movers did a great job. They were considerate of my things and kindly moved things from one room to another when asked. They worked quickly and seemed to be knowledgeable about how to move the items to avoid scratches and so things would fit through doors, etc. I'm only giving them 4 stars because they were over 30 minutes late and I had to call them.

Smooth Movers arrived on time and they successfully moved all of our things where we wanted them into our brand new home. However, the door frame that the majority of the furniture was moved through is in pretty rough shape due to the movers forcing furniture through the doorway. I asked repeatedly for them to be careful but was ignored. We also have some pretty big scratches in the hardwood floor that will need repair as well.
Overall, these guys worked with little stoppage time but were not very careful with our things or home.

Thank you Nathan and guys for helping me. I appreciate their hard work. They were great!. They were very accommodating when I added an extra task for them to drop my sofa off to an upholstery across the street at the last minute. They assembled my furniture. I would recommend.
