First, let me say the day of my move the storage place delayed us. The movers waited for me and we got started an hour past the actual move time. They were fast, efficient and they took good care with loading my household goods. Nothing scratched and nothing broken. Everything was put in place very neatly. I would recommend these movers. They were the VERY BEST that I have ever used! You won't be disappointed! Thank you.

Slow, inexperienced movers, HORRIBLE service and they caused a lot of damage to home and personal items during the move. They walked off job without saying anything leaving the furniture in the driveaway during the move and later told us they went to take a break. We had a really bad experience with this company compared to other movers that we hired in the past.

I used them twice. The first time they arrived a bit early and went to work promptly. They were careful and efficient. I was very pleased. At one point they needed to move the truck to make unloading easier but forgot to return the truck keys. After they left I realized I was stranded without any keys. Called and they apologized and said they would return the keys promptly. Unfortunately they were over an hour's drive away and they were unable to leave immediately but they eventually arrived with the keys. I was pleased that they acknowledged the mistake and eventually corrected it.
The second time they got tied up in traffic and were over an hour late arriving. When they arrived they started working and worked efficiently and carefully. i asked that they assemble some shelving units but this crew wasn't very knowledgeble in this area and none of the units were assembled when their time ran out. They said they would send someone to finish the task. It was my understanding that it would happen later that week (delivery was on Tuesday). I heard nothing from them until today. I have been told that the helper will get with me at his earliest convenience. I will update my review if that happens.
I would hire them again to unload, but assembling shelving is a bit beyond the scope of this crew.
