They arrived before the scheduled arrival window and moved all of my items from my storage unit into my PODS in only about 1.5 hours. The were polite and took care of my items. They also used the furniture pads and rope I provided. My PODS traveled from Florida to Washington state and when my PODS arrived basically everything was in the same position with minimal shifting. I would definitely use them again.
