The plus side is the movers worked 3.5 hours without taking a break in 100-degree heat and did a pretty good job of packing the truck. Nothing got broken or scratched. And they were super-nice guys. The downside is they were more than an hour late. They showed up with none of their own dollies or shrink wrap. They said they'd had trouble with their truck and so brought their small car to the job. Luckily, I was prepared and was able to provide the movers with all the equipment they needed. All said and done, I would use them again.

I am afraid that we will not use them again. I don't think they ever moved anyone before or packed a pod. Alot of wasted space but told us if we want to throw some in the back there was some room( as they were leaving) They were respectful to us.....not so much of our property.

The guys did what we're told but the were rough on some of the furniture ( pushing my dresser really fast down my front porch step on a dolly - making a crashing sound)

They arrived a few minutes beyond their arrival window, but that did not matter. They worked efficiently and well together. Finished unloading my household with time to spare. Reasonable care, no incidents. Overall I am well satisfied with the job done.

They arrived on time and finished on time, but they dragged their hands along our walls and left dirty stains all along our walls and surfaces. Very dirty. When I tried to wipe the walls down, there are still streaks and marks when I wiped them. So disappointing.
