One star because they never showed up... My experience with this company was the opposite of stress free. They were originally supposed to come between 2 and 3. I did receive a call from them saying they were running late and that they would be there by 3:15. I then get another call around 3:45 saying the drivers got into an accident on the way over, but that they would still be coming. Fast forward 30 minutes and I get another call saying the truck had caught on fire and they wouldn't be able to make it out at all. Of course being so late in the day, Hireahelper wasn't able to find anyone available to help me move.
Some of the circumstances were (presumably) out of their control, but they left me in a pinch at the last minute and cost me extra for having to keep the truck an extra day and secure another company to help me move the next morning. Do not recommend.

Arrived 45 minutes late, but they worked without rest or interruption to finish the job within the allotted 2 hr timeframe. I asked them to bring rope and plastic wrap, but they brought neither. Fortunately, everything arrived without damage.

Once they arrived everything went wonderfully. They were pleasant and efficient. Just wish they'd arrived at the designated time. Was expecting them between 4&5 PM. Contacted HAH a little before 6. Stress Free rep called and said he thought he'd said between 5&6 but they were on their way and would arrive in about 30 minutes. Didn't arrive until after 7:00 PM. They went straight to work and worked quickly to get the job done and placed things exactly where I needed them. In spite of the time issue I would deffinitely use them again.
