The wrong number of men showed up. They were one hour late. They did the bare minimum to unload our pods. Husband had to ask them multiple times to assemble bedroom furniture. Did not unwrap and fully assemble couches. Did not put boxes in the right areas. Do not recommend this company.
My crew was asked to put together two beds and that is what was done they also placed your two separate couches were they where asked to place them once you two stopped arguing about were things should go not sure what was to be assembled all of your rooms were filled with boxes and furniture also none of your furniture was wrapped in order to be unwrapped.

We booked these movers for three hours. They were to arrive between 8-9am. At 8am, I received a text from Lavar that they would be here closer to 9am. They arrived at 9:50am. That would not have been any issue for me except that at 11:50am, Lavar said that our time was coming to a close and should he just put all the rest of the boxes in the garage. We said that we paid for 3 hours and his response was that he had two other moves today. They got everything out of the truck and left at 12:10. We still paid for 3 hours even though they left early. We hired 4 movers so we didn't have to move or unwrap anything but we ended up moving and unwrapping quite a bit of furniture and boxes ourselves. I did give a small tip because they did move some things around at my request after they had brought it into the house and put them in the wrong rooms. Plus, after moving 20+ times in my life, I know this is not an easy job, however, these movers were definitely not the best I've had over the years. Just understand if you hire these guys that they will only do the absolute basic unload no matter how much time you pay for and they will not stay for the entire paid time if THEY are late arriving. Overall, I would rate them "okay" movers.

Did they work hard? Lavar and his team did work hard in attempting to get everything down to the first floor from the second floor. Unfortunately their skills in packing a POD are nonexistent. PODS has a very specific way they should be packed and Lavar and his team disregarded PODS packing guidelines completely. All of our things were just crammed in with no consideration for maximizing space

Great guys, saved a bunch of room in the POD we had, helped disassemble anything I couldn’t. They were done in an hour for an estimated 3 hour job. Would do it again.
