I give them credit for not being afraid to work late or be on call on Friday evening and they showed up exactly when they told me they would.
They got the job done and done quick. However, sometimes quick isn't the best for moving... I found that they smashed a hole in a freshly painted wall and then tried to put the piece they were moving in front of it.
I confronted them about it the next day and they were willing to come back and fix it but I told them I'd sort it out myself and that it was just irritating that they didn't tell me that it happened while they were there.
Overall, these guys are good and get the job done promptly.

Mover's response:

I apologize about that sir if I would have known that day I could have fixed it on the spot, because I carry sheet rock repair equipment on me because we are only human. Proper actions have been taken on that employee and all employees know to report any accident to me immediately.
