Excellent job; showed up on time; worked hard; respectful of persons and belongings. Excellent attitude, even when I changed my mind on a couple of items (smile). I will definitely use them again when I move my belongings again. They showed up with tools and the necessary equipment to move items (furniture and boxes) from the 2nd and 1st floors to the basement. Didn't complain about anything. Getting help from Hire A Helper couldn't have been easier. After one phone call to coordinate my needs I decided to use Less Strain Movers to load my pod. The two gentleman showed up on time and went to work right away. Loaded the pod with my furniture and belongings as if they belonged to them. They were professional and maximized the space totally. I definitely would recommend Less Strain Movers if are moving or storing your belongings. Lastly they "Thanked Me" for my business. When was the last time someone told you that!

Two companies accepted, then canceled, our job from Hire a Helper. One company, Maxon Movers, canceled less than 24 hours before our scheduled move. Less Strain stepped in at the last minute and helped us out. The men who came worked super quickly and efficiently. They moved all our furniture out and packed the POD within the four hour window we booked them for. One star off for being late, but I would definitely use them again.

We had a great experience with Less Strain Movers. They were professional, polite, and hard workers. We had to move all of the items in our basement away from the walls in order to make room for a construction company to come in and lay down pipes along the walls. The movers took the time to help us figure how to move the items in our basement to make room for the construction crew and they were respectful with our items. I would definitely recommend Less Strain Movers. We plan to use them again when we need to move everything back!

Less Strain Movers did a fantastic job! One of the team members was 10 minutes late but my time started when he arrived so I had no problems with that. They were well prepared for the three floor townhouse. They worked with out stopping even as the morning heat was rising. They never put a mark on any walls moving very large pieces of furniture. These guys left me very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

Friendly, professional, and hard working. Arrived on time, totally prepared, and got right to work. We hired Less Strain Movers twice in a year. Once to move us into a rented house in Damascus and again to move us into a house we bought a few miles away. They were great. Moved us the first time in the cold and pouring rain, hauling our stuff up a steep driveway, and remaining good natured the whole time. We had a lot of stuff, and they handled everything with care.
Clifton, who was there for the first move and set up the second move, remembered us by name, and took great care of us. I hope to never move again, but if I do, I'll definitely hire these guys again.
