My parents are in the midst of a rather stressful move that, like most moves, was proving to be more work than expected. My dad had help at the loading site and drove the moving truck himself but the unloading end turned out to be more challenging to arrange so less than a week ahead of time, I found the Hire-A-Helper website and placed the order. I live in New England and the move was in Texas but the ordering process was super easy. I forwarded the info to my father and brother, who was helping out. Both my dad and brother were really impressed with the guys from Full Circle Moving! They were very polite, very efficient and completed the unloading much quicker than expected while still handling items with care. I had originally listed that there would be one item over 400 pounds so the order included a special fee for this. It turned out that that wasn't the case and so I spoke to Hire-A-Helper and my brother spoke to the movers on site and that charge was removed from the final invoice without any of the hassle I had expected. Past experience in moving myself and stories I usually hear, so often dealing with movers and moving companies is a huge hassle and the quality is iffy, but our experience with this move was the exact opposite. Thanks so much to Hire-A-Helper, Maria at Full Circle and the movers they sent out - you all took so much stress out of the process!

These 2 guys did an amazing job. I had a large truck full of fragile boxes, etc. and they unloaded it quickly and carefully and put everything exactly where I labeled it. I would definitely use them again! This company was very good about checking in to be sure they were there on time as I had them on hold until the truck arrived. Great customer service.

Absolutely fantastic job from Maria facilitating the confirmation and rescheduling the day prior due to continued thunderstorm. Movers were on time, prompt and courteous. They were diligent in asking where each item belongs. Highly recommend. I used upack to move 2 relocubes .

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will contact tge customer via call/text to confirm details of the move, such size of truck, POD, trailer etc. Grt information on contents of itrms being moved and if any assembly is needed of non new in box items.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Movers to fulfill the work order as efficiently and safely as possible with a good attitude.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have the necessary items to protect the belongings(i.e., moving pads/blankets, shrinkwrap unless requested for us to provide), be packed if we loading, be clear about what their needs and inform us any obstacles, if any.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled local, long distance, office moves, eviction removals and specialty items load/unload and delivery.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and having that brief time of engaging into their lives,while taking away the stress from them during the transition.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Each mover learns proper use of dolly, providing protection, loading/unloading, disassembly/reassembly with a professional attitude.
