The first crew did not arrive due to a mechanical, but a new crew was found and only 30 minutes late to meet an installer and truck. Very quick to get the job done. Great work when issues were resolved.

Initially things were going great- the initial four-man crew that showed up at 12:30. However after about an hour young man showed up, he was extremely unprofessional, was unnecessarily chatty, even jumped over the railing down to the next level stairs which was dangerous and irresponsible toward himself and the property. The floorman spent the majority of his time on the truck, and assured me that the 53 footer would fit all of my stuff without damaging anything. To my horror there were several pieces of expensive an irreplaceable furniture damaged. I had also instructed them to remove all of my outside backyard furniture first since my dogs would be coming home from the kennel. Unfortunately this was not done and by the time it was discovered the dogs were back. This took another 30 minutes to remove the dog from the backyard so that they could move things in the dark. Also, took them longer than it took other moving companies because there were several times where the movers were hanging out in the house and conversing with each other. A few times I had to get the form in to get the moving again. Overall they were all very friendly as I was with them, but the final straw was when the foreman came in and said he had done a sweep of the entire property, and because I have fibromyalgia I neglected to go and check. I explain to them over three times which items were leaving and only one room had things that were to be left remaining in it which was a girls room on the complete opposite side of the house. However, although my friend and I at separate times had reminded them to take things out of my sons room, they left an entire king size bed that cost me over $2500 in his room. When I discovered after they left that they had not loaded onto the truck, the woman that answered the phone the next morning assured me they would handle it. She then got back in contact with me a few hours after I told him the truck had to leave at eight in the morning, and she explained to me that They would not have been able to come back and load it that day anyway. She assured me she would call me back to come up with some type of compensation, however I never heard from her again. I had to lodge and file a claim over this. Not only that, but I had given them a free popcorn machine in another $1500 barbecue grill for them to keep, which she came and got despite the fact that he did not return my calls after leaving the mattress in the hall. Very disappointed with the lack of integrity with this company and I would therefore not recommend.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will contact tge customer via call/text to confirm details of the move, such size of truck, POD, trailer etc. Grt information on contents of itrms being moved and if any assembly is needed of non new in box items.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Movers to fulfill the work order as efficiently and safely as possible with a good attitude.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have the necessary items to protect the belongings(i.e., moving pads/blankets, shrinkwrap unless requested for us to provide), be packed if we loading, be clear about what their needs and inform us any obstacles, if any.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled local, long distance, office moves, eviction removals and specialty items load/unload and delivery.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and having that brief time of engaging into their lives,while taking away the stress from them during the transition.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Each mover learns proper use of dolly, providing protection, loading/unloading, disassembly/reassembly with a professional attitude.
