Walter and his helper arrived right on time at the pick up location. They quickly loaded my truck and secured the kiln I wanted moved. They followed me to my house and unloaded my kiln and carried it down to our basement. They were nice guys and I will definitely hire them again. A+ service!

Samuel Services packed 3 containers (PackRat) for us, and did a great job being sure that furniture was protected (they used over 60 blankets -- I underestimated the need for these, but fortunately realized it after the first container in time to get another 4 dozen!). They worked quickly but loaded the container carefully, as if doing a 3 dimensional puzzle with all of the pieces spread out over the driveway. I was very satisfied that their work will lead to a successful unpacking in 3 months, and 1200 miles later!

Two guys came on time. Had asked for 1 extra hour. They started the work right away, were quick, efficient and professional. They worked hard and didn't waste time. They finished the work 25 minutes before the deadline. We were able to return the rental truck and get home from the storage area on time. Will use them again.

Walter and Jorge called to tell me when they would arrive--right on time! Quickly and efficiently loaded my container. Walter even tolerated my packing suggestions until I got out of the way and let them do their job! They pointed out a flaw on one piece of furniture, which I knew about. They were very careful with the furnishings. I highly recommend them and would hire them again in a heartbeat! Awesome job!
