The two men who came did a great job with packing the truck and everything arrived in good condition and they worked quickly, but they just weren't very pleasant to work with. We got a lot of grumbling and complaining even though we had things boxed as best we could. We should have provided them with more rope but the grumbling began right in the beginning so wasn't connected to the lack of rope. We also had to remind them often of things that needed to be packed and they packed the broom in the front of the truck so I had no broom to sweep the house with. So well done but not pleasant.

Let me first start off by saying the guys the showed up were actually really nice, professional, on time, and did a great job, they are not my complaint. Can’t blame the work force for what is obviously a half rate operation. I got online to hire movers to assist with the move in of my girlfriend. The website was straight forward and I booked the date/time and funding. Three days later I get a call and they say, sorry…we can’t work you in a 11am after all, but we can come at 3pm. I was miffed but stated, um..I guess so, what kind of discount can I get since you have changed the time at the last minute. The guy laughs in the phone, real professional there buddy, and says that there will not be a discount, laughs again and then says I can feel free to cancel if I want. Of course I wanted to cancel but you had me in a place where you knew I couldn’t since you called the day before the move and obviously left me with no choice but to let you arrive whenever you felt like. Your company is horrible. You are unprofessional and manipulate people into thinking they are getting one thing when in all actuality you are giving them another. All of this to be laughed at and force to change my time table because you didn’t want to follow through with what you already agreed on. What a company that doesn’t care about your time and then laughs at you when they know they have you cornered? Then this is the company for you. Welcome to the day of social media “laughing” guy. I hope people see this review and spend their money elsewhere.

Very strong communication from confirming the appointment and working with me to reschedule a time. They showed up on time, which is rare for most people. Pleasant to work with and extremely efficient. Completed the job that I thought would take 2 hours in much less time. Although I still paid for 2 hours of labor, it was worth it. I would definitely use this company again!
