They were on time. Worked hard, and respectful of property. We originally had blocked the 10-12am block, however they called and said they couldn't come at that time and changed it to noon-2pm. Because they changed the time I lost the reservation on the U-Haul truck and had to find another one, which I did. Lost 40 min and the workers loaded the my belongings into the truck and drove to apt. but left me hanging at 2pm. They said they have another job booking at 2pm. Shouldn't you always keep a 1 hr cushion after one job in case we need to extend? I was disappointed and hired another provider on the spot.
