They did show up on time and unfortunately someone was using the loading dock/elevator even though I reserved it so I had a delay getting started. So it ran late and I happily paid the extra and gave a tip. But after looking at my previous apartment that we moved out of, there is a lot of scratches and even chips on some of the walls. They never said anything about scratching the walls or the dresser that they also scratched. I understand that potentially things will get a little bit scratched up during a move so the dresser wasn’t a big deal. But the wall was pretty rough and I know I’m gonna have to pay for that out of my security deposit. If they would’ve said something to me about it, or acknowledged it, I don’t think I would’ve even minded as much because it is a small apartment. One of the movers was really kind of rude (moving is a tough job so I didn’t really mind at the time). But that makes with the fact that they probably cost me my security deposit makes me probably not recommend them in the future.

When our pod arrived early, I called the movers and they got to our house within 25 minutes and completed the job quickly. Recommended.

Arrival time set for between 11am and noon. Guy called at 10:45am to say they would be there between 11:30am and noon. The two guys arrived at 11:30am. Appreciate the heads up about arrival, even though they were always going to be on time. They got right to work and had my things unloaded from the truck and carried up a flight of stairs. They were polite, helpful, and careful. They were done in exactly one hour. I would definitely recommend and hire again!

They went nonstop for almost two hours and emptied my moving truck.
They were quick but also careful with all of our items. They asked where they could put things and made sure that the items weren't ccompromised.
They were respectful of our property, our home, and us.
