Walter and the other gentleman from Samuel Services (sorry I didn't catch his name) were awesome! They showed up 10 mins early with dollies, and carts for the job and were very accommodating. Our apartment was a mess and they still made it work. I accidentally booked a shorter window than I meant to so we asked them to spend all the time booked on loading the truck and they made it absolutely worth it - they got way more loaded in than I could have even imagines and really quickly as well. It was like a perfect Tetris and not a square inch of space was wasted, plus they did a great job of securing small things to make sure they didn't get lost or broken. I would absolutely recommend them or use them again.

Booked them for 3 hours of loading my U-haul. They were on time, got right to work, and worked hard for the full time I scheduled them for. Unfortunately, 2 out of 3 of the elevators in my building were out of order so there was a lot of down time while waiting for a free elevator to use. THROUGH NO FAULT OF THE MOVERS, we did not completely finish the job before their time was up and had to leave for another job, but I fully believe they would have easily completed the loading in half the time if they had a dedicated elevator like they were supposed to.

HOLY COW~!!! We've moved a LOT in the past 20 years and I have to say that, without a doubt, our movers were THE best we'd ever had. Highly professional, incredibly skilled, and extremely easy to work with. I would recommend I would do whatever it would take (pay raise, more PAID vacation days, etc) to keep these guys working for you.

The two men who helped us unload our truck were very efficient and finished on time. They went above and beyond by helping me remove and then reattach the extremely heavy tow dolly that went on my rental truck. However, the only issue he had was that they moved so fast they didn't give us a chance to think about where everything was going. We were exhausted and flustered from our drive across the country, and the rushed unloading only stressed us out more.
