Amazing! Second time we used them for load-unload. You can set the clock by them. Friendly, professional and fast. Work from the moment of arrival to departure and efficient. Hopefully not moving again for a while but if we do will definitely hire Samuel again. They are a bargain and worth every penny!!!

I would highly recommend this moving company! The 2 gentlemen that helped us move our stuff out of our 2 bedroom apartment were very quick and efficient with their time. They were respectful of our property and even went the extra mile to wrap up some of our stuff. They moved stuff into our U-Haul and our Pod without any issue. They were a life saver for sure. Again, I highly recommend!

I will not be using this service again. While I initially thought these gentlemen were motivated professionals, it turns out they just wanted to get this done as fast as possible and leave. This, of course, resulted in damage and destruction to my property. Unfortunately, you don't find that out until you start un packing. And yes, I had to unpack. Even though I paid for three hours worth of service I was told that my travel time was over the three hours. Though I specifically gave the addresses online, indicating travel time. If this was a problem why wasn't I informed? Trying to discuss this with the main guy led to zero resolution and turning his attitude horrible to the point he took my 5 year old's plastic art desk and flipped it over dumping everything out on the floor. At that point I didn't want them assisting me anymore and told them to finish what they had, I did not want them traveling with me.
The only other words spoken were "call the number to release the payment". This is a completely automated process so there was no one to speak to about this nor tell them that these guys only worked one and a half hours not three. But I was charged for three. Horrible horrible experience.
