I will not be using this service again. While I initially thought these gentlemen were motivated professionals, it turns out they just wanted to get this done as fast as possible and leave. This, of course, resulted in damage and destruction to my property. Unfortunately, you don't find that out until you start un packing. And yes, I had to unpack. Even though I paid for three hours worth of service I was told that my travel time was over the three hours. Though I specifically gave the addresses online, indicating travel time. If this was a problem why wasn't I informed? Trying to discuss this with the main guy led to zero resolution and turning his attitude horrible to the point he took my 5 year old's plastic art desk and flipped it over dumping everything out on the floor. At that point I didn't want them assisting me anymore and told them to finish what they had, I did not want them traveling with me.
The only other words spoken were "call the number to release the payment". This is a completely automated process so there was no one to speak to about this nor tell them that these guys only worked one and a half hours not three. But I was charged for three. Horrible horrible experience.

I was super nervous since I never did the POD thing or hired movers before. Samuel Services came right on time BEFORE my POD arrival (City Services) ready and willing to work. I had a baby POD 8x7x8 and they unloaded everything in less than an hour and I had heavy furniture and TWO flights of the stairs. They even placed everything where I wanted it to be. The guys were very careful and kind. 10/10 will use again!!!

The moving guys were amazing. Very efficient and professional. I gave them a time between 3-4 pm and they showed up a little early which was great. It was super hot that day and they were polite and did the job quickly. They had a great work ethic and great attitude. I would definitely hire them again. It is nerve wracking hiring moving people off of a Google search but all the reviews were great so I took a chance. It paid off . They were great. Use these guys.
