This was our second time using Samuel Services for loading and unloading. The two gentlemen arrived at the scheduled time and began work immediately. They came prepared with a dolly and were able to load our 3 bedroom apartment into the truck in just under two hours.
They organized the truck very well and were able to unload it even faster. I would highly recommend these movers for a fast, to-the-point moving job.

they just take the money and don’t care if the work is done or not. As soon you pay before money the told you you can not longer cancel and the money is not refundable. As soon you call the just start collecting you card number. Immediately the have the money they say it is not refundable. They create the scratches on my new items and finally we’re not able to do the work. No equipment for working.
Please avoid them, that is my advice

Samuel Services called me ahead of time, arrive on time, and they unloaded my 16ft moving truck up 3 flights of stairs in less than 2 hours! Not a single thing broke and it was overall well worth the price. I’d highly recommend them to anyone moving in the DMV area!

This is our third time hiring Samuel Services and these guys are magicians. Two guys loaded my entire 3br house into a pod in THREE HOURS and the pod was an hour late! Cannot recommend them enough, they are legitimately the best movers I’ve ever worked with.
