Our 2 man crew showed up on time and got straight to work. They were very careful with our furniture and the walls and floors in our new place. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Awesome workers! They showed up early! They didn't mind my changes. They even offered great advice on where to place furniture. I thought i had to many furniture pieces and would have to throw some things away. They made it all fit with space to spare. They worked quickly and efficiently. I didn't feel as if I had to watch them work. They came prepared with all tools.

This is the third time we have used Samuel Services for loading/unloading and once again they were great. Walter and Jorge were great at making everything fit and moving everything carefully. Helpful, carefuland on time with lots of muscle. That's all we could ask for!

These guys were great! Same guys loaded our stuff who had moved us in a year ago. They were good on both ends. Arrived on time. Efficient. Did a good job of packing our items safely and protecting furniture with cloths. Would recommend!

The movers were very thorough and efficient. They got all the furniture disassembled, moved,and reassembled during their time. They even got a good portion of my boxes moved. If I was able to extend 1 hour, they would have been able to move everything I had packed and ready. Unfortunately. I was unable to add any additional time because the movers schedule is so tight that they didn't have the ability to give me an extra hour. I was told that upfront when I scheduled the appointment through Hire A Helper. I was somewhat disappointed with that because the rep told me how much extra time would cost per hour; but then when I asked about an additional hour, I was told the Helper wouldn't be able to give me an extra hour. That is not a slight on Samuel Services as they were great. But Hire A Helper should ensure at least an extra hour is available just in case it is needed.
