1. A large $100 canvas picture is missing.
2. A $125 mini adult rebounder trampoline was missing a leg and another was broken off.
3. A reclining love seat is broken. It was put in the PODS in one piece but the movers who unloaded said they had to take it apart to get it out. They did not bother putting it back together so we had to - only to find out it stays in the reclining position and will not go back down.
4. Quite a few nicks, scratches and marks on bedroom furniture.

Jorge and Jose showed up on time and did an absolutely great job. They carried my heavy belongings up three flights of stairs and put everything where we wanted it to go. They did it quickly and efficiently and knocked it out of the park.

Two guys came to help us were excellent. We had 2 pods delivered to our home 2 weeks apart. My husband and I are not exactly young so I found Hire a Helper online. For the first pod the helpers showed up on time and for our second pod the helpers showed up early. They took care of our belongings while packing the pods. They were also nice enough to take some items out of our home for trash. I would definitely recommend.

Wualter was my helper and he did a great job. He was very patient with me, as my things were not there when he first arrived and the loading dock area was in use by someone else. Once my things came Wualter was quick and even put my bed together! I would use them again.

Movers were punctual and highly efficient. They were pretty gentle and nothing got damaged (I just had some smaller furniture and bunch of boxes). Definitely worth the price for the labor and time savings.
