I was very thankful for all the hard work that Jermaine put in on my moving day. I would give Jermaine 10 stars if I could. Unfortunately, he and my father did all the work. The other mover was constantly complaining about back problems and when it came time to lifting the larger heavier pieces my father and I had to jump in to help Jermaine. Jermaine was amazing at packing the truck and taking initiative. We ran way over the time I had allotted but he worked the entire time. If only Jermaine had a partner of his caliber and character. Thank you so much! We really appreciate you!

They showed up 45 minutes late. If you are moving from condo to condo you know you are limited with time getting out and in due to elevators. I made them aware immediately. They were nice people but very very very slow. The main guy was on the phone most of the time. A little old lady in the building was even telling them to hustle and had to help. I had my stuff broken down, wrapped and ready to go. They took 5 hours to load and they could figure out how to get my headboard in elevator. We ran out of time and had to leave it and my potted plants. I called a friend worried to come help that's how slow they were. It took an hour and half to unload with the help of my friend. You do the math. They didn't come to do the job as movers. I had to hire another helping company a week later to go back for headboard. I will be posting their 5 star review.

I mentioned to the mover he should take the table top off the base he told me it would make it through the doorway. By not taking the table apart and coming around the corner the base of the table hit the wall causing a hole in it. The next thing was the helper was dragging the table on the cement to the elevator. The mover should have helped his coworker. When Packrat came I opened the container to see how it was packed. They packed it wrong the mattress and box spring should have been in the back of the container rather than the plastic containers. When movers hire helpers they should be taught the right way of doing things. When a customer tells them something they should pay attention.
