They did the job but I had to keep reminding the one guy that I just had the floors refinished so don’t drag the furniture over the floor.
I believe they put the screws in backwards on my bed frame as the screws are sticking out, rather than being towards the box spring.
They were very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with these folks. The movers were punctual, very friendly and hard-working, but also highly inexperienced with long haul moves. We informed them many times that we were moving cross-country and that they needed to pack our trailer high and tight to preserve space and minimize potential damage. They did not.
When we arrived on the other end of our move, our trailer was a complete mess. Fortunately, no major damage, but that was pure luck. Our movers on this end also noted that because they packed the trailer so inefficiently, they used way more space than needed, which wound up costing us an extra $4,000 in fees.
If you need to move locally, they're probably much better equipped to handle it. But for long distance moves, I would strongly recommend shopping around.

I provided moving blankets and wrapping material to protect our furniture, but most of the blankets were not used by the loading people! I asked them about not wrapping the furniture and they said it wasn’t needed! As a result we had significant damage to our furniture during our trip to Florida! The people from Hire a Helper in Florida that we hired to unload the truck said it was very poorly packed! Their exact words were who packed this furniture, “ A Bunch of Crack Heads”? Not happy at all!
