I have a registered and insured moving and delivery company with a well experience team with over five years of moving, delivery and furniture assembly experience. I have been assembling IKEA furniture and furniture from other furniture stores for over three years. we also haul away all our junk/unwanted furniture and other waste. excellent tv mounting experience. we response really quickly and keep our promises. we are just what you are looking for. we also have the most experience pool table MOVING team, with over five years experience assembling and moving pool tables.

The crew was on time but that is good as the service got. They were loading a shipping container. I explained that the container needed to be packed tightly and to the ceiling. I also told them a vehicle will be going into the container and they need to save a couple mattresses for the end of the furniture part of the load to hold back the load. A cargo net would be placed in front of the mattresses to help hold the load back, then the vehicle would be loaded. The container is loaded at an angle onto a flatbed truck so it was important for the load to be packed tightly. Their English was subpar but they repeated what I want to acknowledge what I wanted done. I had to repeat myself at least 5 times because they were packing the container 3/4 high instead of to the ceiling. Finally, I asked for a manager and when I called him he said I can’t tell them how to load the unit and that if they didn’t do it the way I wanted then I would just be unsatisfied. I was unable to get ahold of hired helper at that time and for almost 5 days later to resolve this. The men sat around for over an hour waiting to hear from their manager and then left without telling us. I was lucky to find another hired person. This company has very poor business practices. You hire a person to move your stuff not theirs and they want to load it the way they want without checking in with the employer. Unacceptable!

They were wonderful, polite, fast, accommodating, and gave me an all around incredible moving experience. 10/10 would recommend. These guys moved a one bedroom apartment, big sectional couch, king sized bed, music equipment like amps and drums, and all the other nonsense I have but don’t need. They were total champs.

Both moving strong men were very respectful of my property and my goods! They had to carry about 30 moving boxes down two flights of steps and were quick and efficient! They packed the truck strategically and carefully. I’m very, very happy with their service and they completed the move within the two hours allotted!! I want to thank them personally, I believe one of them was named Abdul? They were amazing!!

They were over 3 hours late. He was not prepared. I had to carry my own mirror. He said he had no way to secure it. There were two workers. A younger gentleman and an older one. The younger gentleman worked constantly. The older gentleman did a lot of watching. I actually had to help. My neighbor noticed the older gentleman was not working so my neighbor helped. The 2 small featured ladies that were part of the move, they began to help. I moved out more than the older gentleman. Then after 4 hours to load 2 bedrooms of boxes and totes , he says we have to come back the next day to finish. He damaged my wall with his cart. He spilled oil on the entrance rug trying to carry my fryer on my scooter. I would not use them again. Then after all that he tells me I owe him 5 hours. It was the worst moving experience I’ve ever had.
