There were some challenges in the beginning but they made it right and did an excellent job, were professional, and friendly. They were careful with our delicate things and the big items when going through our freshly painted molding on the doorways.

The first hiccup was the truck just wasn't big enough. They did pack everything well, but all of my stuff didn't fit on the truck. There were a couple of minor things that got broken and a mix up with the placement of a bed. Ultimately, the job got done.
Sorry all your stuff did not fit in the truck that you requested. We usually bring the truck size requested by the customer because bigger trucks have slightly higher rates. My recommendation is that you requested a bigger truck for a three bedroom home. Even though it has a slightly higher rate but all your stuff will fit
