I had an up and down moving experience with Majic Movers. Note that I had previously used them for a move and had a good experience. I requested three movers to arrive between 8-9Am. Majic called to move to 9-10am a few days before the move - I agreed. On the day of the move, the movers didn’t arrive. After multiple phone calls and confusion I learned they didn’t want to come as it was raining. After desperately searching for another option, I had a knock on my door at 1230. It was a crew that had already finished a job that morning. I was grateful for their arrival and they worked hard, but still finished 4 hours later than I had planned due to the late start. They did damage one piece while moving but I will try to repair it on my own. I’m glad that Majic was able to respond and get me another crew; but the late start should not have happened.

Got all my stuff into a moving truck in under thirty minutes while it was POURING rain. So kind and helpful! Super supportive and encouraged me to hang out in the truck while they loaded. no breakages or anything! Would totally recommend.

We start off with a call, to make sure you're ready for us to come to your home and also to let you know that we're in route to your location.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should make sure you have enough blankets "moving blankets" to cover your furniture, it's always best you have more than enough, then not enough. Straps, tie downs and have all your belongings packed and ready to go this will allow your move to go faster and smoother and cost you less money and when we arrive just sit back have a cup of coffee or a beverage of your choice and watch us make it vanish like majic.
