I was going to leave three stars but I have to be brutally honest. There were some problems with the service. The issues were inefficiency and unfortunately, one of my workers was a bit of a slacker. The other man was newer and had inexperience with the work and that is forgivable as he was still learning. The slacker supposedly had many years of experience and a bit of a negative attitude was apparent. This made for an uncomfortable experience. Time was wasted while the two of them discussed how they were going to move my items off the truck. This happened numerous times and I had to be heavily involved with directing them as they did not know what they were doing. My system of color-coded stickers for each room was scoffed at by the slacker and he wasted a lot of time by putting the boxes in any order he felt like. I had to twice stop him from taking a small load. The first time, he attempted to carry one empty flower pot ( as a load to the house) (probably so he could make a phone call or vape) then he wanted to milk more time by taking two trips instead of combining a load and doing it once. I had to stay on top of these guys during the entire process to avoid wasting trips, wasting time ( wasting my money) due to inefficiently. Slacker was not into the work; his mind was elsewhere with other agenda; some vaping and texting was occurring instead of work. Lastly they had trouble figuring out how to move a table (more wasted time), they turned my desk sideways spilling the entire contents inside the desk. I had to call the boss and fortunately he came by and alleviated some of the problems. I noticed an attitude improvement in the slacker while the boss was there. Bringing their own lunch, snacks and water would have been a good idea instead of me having to supply them. Luckily, I had those items on hand as I was just moving in, but we would have had real trouble on a hot day if I didn't. PS... Their hand truck had a flat tire. Fortunately, I had an air compressor that we used and we used my hand truck, as well. They were on time, and that was appreciated, but it went downhill very near the beginning, so I would not choose this company again in the future.

Joe and John did a great job. I gave them very short notice and they were still able to take the job. They worked non-stop and did everything they could to ensure that my belongings were safe during transit. I wouldn't hesitate to use Elite Moving Services again.

These 2 were the best I had them for 3 hours & and as always people had more than I thought they worked their buts off very polite & listened to me whatever I said went thru hire a helper 20 times all over the country I would highly recommend these 2 know what they are doing!

The movers were very good. Everything went as scheduled and the packing of the PODs unit went well. No issues at all and the cost was as stated.

The guys did a fantastic job. Very polite, worked hard for the duration, and took good care of my furniture and other items during loading and unloading. They were running behind from the previous job but called multiple times to advise and provide updates to ensure no issues with timing or concerns. I would definitely use them again.
