Showed up early- worked very consistent and carefully. Willing to do whatever they could to help us move into our home.
Moving in - I had no drinking glasses nor water bottles - I suggest they bring water or at least a container with them.

While I am noting there was a problem with the service, I do want to call out that the Manager wowed on recovery. He showed up on a Sunday (his day off) and quickly got the movers on track to safely and efficiently move my items into storage.

This was a last minute request and 2 professional movers showed up very quickly. They were friendly and fast. I would absolutely use this company again. My only issue in this time of high Covid transmission, is that the 2 men did not wear a mask.

Elite Moving Services was the helper we hired to help us unload in the Greenville, SC area. We can't express how happy we were with Joe and Shane. Not only did they unload our U-Haul taking great care with the furniture, we also asked for their help setting up our TV and moving a Love Sac Couch. If you don't know, you have to take a Love Sac couch apart to move it and Joe was an expert as he owns one himself and had it apart and back together in no time. Both men were courteous and wore their masks the whole time. We would use them again in a heartbeat.
