The crew called in the morning to let me know they were on their way and arrived early, prepared with the necessary equipment to move some large furniture. They got right to work and emptied our moving container in no time, handling everything with care all the while. They were very courteous and hard working and I will definitely use them again!

The guys were early at the location , brought equipment, belts, a dolly, and were organized. They worked fast and were hardworking. The only criticism I have is that they cracked the front door threshold, and left dents and markings on the walls at top of the stairs.

Crew was delayed due to a flat tire, but they let me know and informed me of their adjusted arrival time. They worked diligently, but arrived unprepared (no water and lacking some of the tools needed). When disconnecting the washer, the hoses were left hanging from the hose bib and drained a bunch of water all over the floor; the hoses and dryer duct were not disconnected and kept with the appliances. The crew did not have a solid plan to maximize the space in the pods - we feel there was a significant amount of wasted space due to the way they packed it. At the 3 hour mark, they were done - period.

On moving day, customers can expect a call from us an hour before arrival to confirm we're on schedule. Our professional crew, dressed in uniforms, will arrive with our own dollies. We'll tour the house and assess the location of large items and smaller items that can be placed on top. We'll also identify items that need to be wrapped for protection. Our team will then efficiently load/unload the truck or container, ensuring items are packed and protected properly, with care and attention to detail.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To prepare for moving day, we recommend having all small items packed in boxes and securely taped at the bottom. Labeling the boxes by room, such as "kitchen," "master bedroom," and "guest bedroom," can save time during the move. Additionally, it's helpful to remove lampshades from lamps and pack them separately in a car. By preparing in advance, you can help us efficiently load/unload the truck or container, making the move as smooth and stress-free as possible.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
What I love most about being a mover is the physicality of the work, which keeps me active and in shape. But what really drives my passion for this job is the satisfaction of helping people during a potentially stressful and challenging time. There's nothing quite like seeing the relief on someone's face when we've successfully completed a move. And the opportunity to work in different locations and meet new people is a bonus that makes each day on the job exciting and fulfilling.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All our crew members receive thorough training from the owner. They learn to wrap items properly, take doors off, protect floors, load items without damage, use dollies and straps, and document arrival and end time. Communication is key, and they call an hour before arrival or if there's a delay. Our crew members are equipped with the skills and professionalism to handle any move with care.
