Fuse Movers & Relocations were scheduled with a 5 day turn around and the guys they sent out were great. I scheduled 3 guys for a four hour job, unloading two 16 ft Pods into the house and they finished in 3.5 hours. The work included moving an 800 lb smoker, three refrigerators (they pulled the one in the house out, moved it downstairs and brought the new in) and a really heavy entertainment center, all with ease.
I'd highly recommend Fuse Movers & Relocations for my next job.

The only problem that I had was that I was told the unloading would commence at 11:00AM. One guy showed up at 11:00, a:second showed up at 11:30 and a third around noon. All three were told different times and windows but they worked really well together and finished unloading the van well within the 5 hour window.
We always plan to arrive at the beginning of the arrival window give or take 15mins at most 30mins. However moves are scheduled with an arrival window of 1hr. Glad we could get it completed efficiently for you within the time allotted. We wish you and family all the very best. Cheers

All three men who were on site were very helpful and courteous. They went beyond just moving my things off the truck to the apartment.
They made sure i was satisfied.
A+++

Hire A Helper had no control over this job. They brokered it to someone who then again brokered it to someone else. It was not brokered to another moving company, I had a young man who tried along with his neighbor and a relative, none had moving experience. I asked for 4 movers and received 3 laborers, because of that they didn't have enough people to move a pizza oven that fell and was damaged. I had to hire a tow truck to fix their error. It was over 4 hours before one thing was loaded because of the pizza oven debacle. I was told that the crew worked 7 hours which 4 was standing around and waiting for me to fix the situation from 1700 miles away. Be careful when hiring Hire A Helper...they will drop the ball.
The client indicated that they noticed it was weak already but did not have a need to move it prior to our team attempting to. The situation was remedied and the crew did complete the move. You were not billed for the additional time.

Absolutely horrendous. I’ve been working in moving industry for five years now I hired these guys to help me offload a 26 foot truck and I don’t think there was one single thing that they did well.
The boss man that only communicates via phone call whenever he feels like it is absolutely no help. He barely has his guys coordinated and organized. I called him a week prior to my move and asked to make sure that he was going to bring dollies and tools and moving equipment. One gentleman shows up in the morning at 8 AM. He’s gotta be 60 years old and super out of shape with no moving equipment whatsoever and then I call this guy and ask where my other guy is at. He says he’ll be there at nine and I was like can he bring equipment and he said “if he has some Yes.”
Which is a terrible answer I mean, how the hell are you gonna hire movers and not bring a **** dolly… it’s beyond me. Worst part is that a 26 foot truck offload takes no more than four hours with three guys as I mentioned before I’ve been in the moving industry for well over five years, and never in my life have I taken so long to offload a truck.
I would never recommend these guys with my life. By far away, the worst decision I made was calling these guys and asking for help. My $864 would’ve been much better spent at a casino gambling on my chances to do this job alone.
That’s all I have to say please don’t hire these guys
I find it interesting that you left out the part where the truck had to be parked in the street because the drive way was extremely slopped and the gravel sideways wasn’t wide enough to back the truck up to the home. From truck to main entrance was at least 40 yards. When got to the home myself. It split into two sections. Was a semi detached duplex I think is what those are.
When get to the house their is a full flight to the front door of either units we unloaded in. Once in the home itself there was an additional flight upstairs to where the bedrooms are and many heavy solid pad furniture went into.
You also conveniently left out that your loading crew did not pack the truck in sections as it would make sense when you have items going into a completely detached storage/shed. So the crew had to reposition the truck several times because they would encounter sections going to the storage mixed in with the in home items.
You also conveniently left out the fact that in those hours they had to reassemble 4 fully furnished bedrooms of furniture. Beds, mirror to night stands, dining table , hutch etc.
When we get customers like these which are far and in between I am usually at a loss as to what makes an individual this unreasonable. You also forgot to mention that you had slipped up and told the crew you had 7 guys on the load and hired only 3 on our side to unload and reassemble all that furniture.
5 years only in the industry so you will encounter scenarios that will make you look back on today and realize your review was harsh. Long walks plus reassembly of all furniture takes much longer than shorter walks plus disassembly. Assembling furniture takes a little longer than breakdown or disassembly

My appointment time was to start between 8-9 AM. For 6 movers. One showed up at 8:45 2 showed at 9:40 by 10:00 I had 6 movers, the first one did work extremely hard for the full schedule.
One continued to talk to me about getting his own crew over to replace this crew and wasted hours on the phone. This one was also extremely careless with my new furniture and caused damage to several pieces of furniture.
So my contract read 7hours at 5:00 (2:00) all but one were leaving I had to call the agent to convince a couple late arrivals to stay another hour. Other than the first arrival all very slow. And a waste of money, I did get a partial refund but it didn’t replace a disregard for the job. All stated they were underpass. And showed this In there work ethic except for the first one that arrived.
In regards to the damage I was given a number to call and all I could do is leave a message no reply after 5 hours. I would not recommend this Fuse Movers to my worst friend.
I’m also out of my pocket to pay for repairs to new furniture .
Never ever would I recommend this “Hire a Helper” company.

Fuse Movers, arrived on time and unloaded the truck in an hour. Very careful, courteous and respectful of my property. I would definitely hire them again and give out their name as an excellent choice.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
An efficient, friendly and highly professional moving experience
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It helps to be properly packed up. Boxes taped up and loose items boxed or bagged ready to go. Also blankets for wrapping wood and other delicate items should be made available. Pathway from the home, through the door way to the truck should be kept clear as possible so as not to interfere with the smooth, efficient and safe movement of items from the home to the truck or container
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled every type of move. Local, long distance, office, warehouse, pods, trucks, containers, home rearranging, tractor trailers as well
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love making customers happy and getting very positive feedback. One of my favorite parts is when a customer seems so worried about how they will get it all done but are all smiles and exuberant when we start clearing out things quickly and efficiently. The change from worried to pure joy and happiness can be quite fulfilling.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We make sure all our movers are able to properly lift all items safely. New crew members are made to shadow our tenured & highly experienced movers to show them how we get our moves done. This also includes paying attention to details as well as courteous customer interactions. We start them with simple, quick moves and gradually scale them up to more intricate, bigger moves as they show proficiency and ability to grasp the essentials. Our movers are very highly experienced & have been proven in the field
