The only glitch was getting a phone call from JS, and being asked to call him back. We tried 4 times, and he never got back to us, which was unnerving. But the 2 crew, Gabe and Marcus, arrived promptly, were pleasant, prepared, efficient, fast, explained what they were doing and why.
We would like to use them again when the furniture is returned into our home.
