I appreciate the moving labor help provided by the Magnificent Mighty Mover team! They immediately recognized that I had a bad pack on the starting end of my move, and took steps to make sure all items were retrieved, identified and reassembled if possible. I appreciate the care this team took with my belongings. These gentlemen were also quick and respectful of my new space. It was a very warm evening, and this was not an easy job. I appreciate this team very much! Ii will recommend them to friends and family.

The guys were supposed to come between 12-1. They showed up at 3. No communication from them until I called to complain.
They didn’t even have a dolly so they had to carry every box one by one extending the time.
They didn't have straps or anything to wrap things in. I was under the impression they were professional movers and knew how to pack a POD so I wasn’t keeping an eye on them. Big mistake. They didn’t know how to efficiently pack and couldn’t fit half my things in the POD. The things that were in there were not secured and I already know things will be broken. They already broke my table and stuck a blanket underneath it so I wouldn’t notice. They broke a brick on my stairs. This is before even opening my POD.
The company said they’d take $52 off since they were late. They charged me $650 and I was totally ripped off. It’s gonna cost me at least an additional $6000 because of their incompetence.
PODS recommended them. Don’t do it!
Unfortunately, I was not personally present on this move, but after reviewing the concerns, I understand the frustration regarding communication and the overall experience.
Our company has successfully completed many POD and U-Box jobs with positive feedback from customers who appreciated our professionalism, organization, and care with their belongings.

I had two male movers who came along with their male boss, who acted as a guide. However, shortly after the boss told the movers how to approach moving items out of my home, he left and told me he was going to take his car to the car wash. The boss did not return for at least an hour and a half. The two movers did not seem to know how to load my Pods container and when the boss did finally return, he had to have the movers rearrange items in the container, which added an additional at least 30 minutes.
Overall, my moving team was unprofessional, seemed inexperienced, and did not utilize the space of my Pods container well. I ended up needing to rent an additional uHaul as a result as well and put more items into my Pods container after the movers left.

This team was outstanding. They were efficient and “MIGHTY” strong. They figured out the best order in which to load a 16-foot truck, and kept the unloading team in mind as they did so, which was both practical and considerate. Alvin led his team of DeAndré, Georgia and Salim with kind but firm guidance and corrections. They were very flexible, too, as they moved a heavy item they did not expect to encounter, and did so with muscle, ingenuity, and a positive attitude. They are TRULY MAGNIFICENT!
