They came in on time worked very hard and fast and very friendly. For these portion I give them my (5) stars. But on the other hand, they came in without moving tools such as dolly, hand truck, floor covering blankets which most other movers have. Also, I have (12) moving covers from U-Pack for my few furnitures, it seems they were protected well ended up few scratches. I have (3) pieces of heavy bobbles wrapped glasses for my dinning table; cooking ware cabinet and its shelf. They were not placed between the mattresses as one helper told me. They ended up only the cabinet top one left. Those are some not so happy experiences but for a big moving, it is still tolerable. After a short training both moving labor helpers can be the top movers in the industry.

Arrived ahead of time. Very respectful to me and my belongings. Worked hard and let me know their job was to accommodate me. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Plan to use them again for any moving needs. Job well done guys !!!

Rashad and Mark were great! Very personable, professional and respectful of our belongings. Were running late but were quick to call and let us know. We had a bunch of stuff to load into a portable pod unit and they kept rearranging in order to get it all to fit when they could have simply said we had too much stuff to fit. Certainly would highly recommend My Guys Moving.

Communication to confirm date of loading prior to the job and time of arrival was poor. Moving team did not show up with basic tools needed for moving/disassemble of furniture (alan wrenches, screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, etc). Other than the above, the crew that loaded my furniture and boxes did an excellent job with efficiency; they knew how to load a moving trailer to minimize use of space.

Mark and Rashad were extremely nice individuals, arrived on time, communicated well and took great care of my belongings. They had a difficult task getting a sleeper sofa from the 3rd floor, with a tight staircase, into the the truck and they did an exceptional job! Very respectful and would undoubtedly use them again and certainly recommend them to anyone reading this review.
