They arrived on time, actually a little early. After about 30 minutes they ran out of plastic wrap for the furniture. They had to run to several stores to find more. This took over an hour. They also did not come with the rope, which I paid for, to secure our Pod. So we supplied them with rope. Donald and Percy did a good job wrapping and getting all our furniture in the POD. They were both courtious and helpful. The only negative is they did not come with the supplies that I requested and had paid for.

Shae and the crew are the BEST! I'd give 100 stars if I could. They have helped me 4-5 times. On time, Hussle, Courteous, Organized, Flexible! I scheduled a job at midnight and they called me and completed the job the next day on time. I am super happy with High Tech Movers.

The guys sent out to load the contents of our apartment; Donald, Percy, and Lewis were AWESOME!! They were professional in every way. What can a customer expect after booking with you?

Our team is up for every job, managing projects with the skill and experience our clients have come to expect. We want our customers to be satisfied with our work, which is why we provide open communication channels throughout the duration of each project.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
On moving day, you should be fully packed (with boxes) and ready to go. Try not to use too many plastic bags as it is hazardous to our Tech's as well as potential damages to your items. If you pack your items in plastic bags and items become damaged we will not be held responsible.
What types of moves have you handled?
During our years of service, we have handled both local and long distance relocations. We have also handled multiple office moves. If you are looking to move items from one building to the next, or have an eviction process that needs handling, we offer that service as well. There is never a job too small or too large.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Seeing our clients smile, and have a sigh of relief as they no longer feel the stress from moving.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We start our movers as runners, learning hands-on with the most experienced crew. This is a 4-week process.
