Wow, so horribly disappointing! Guys were SUPER GREAT that day (and I originally left them a 5-star rating), but when we unpacked, my great-grandmother's beautiful antique table was scratched in at least eleven spots! At unload, it was noticed that they only shrink wrapped the leaves/sides of my table and then placed the wooden tabletop directly against the side of the metal container without a blanket! So no protection for the tabletop! I only wish that I had seen at the time, as when I tried to file a claim with Hire A Helper, my $1,500 repair quote is basically left uncovered (except for less than $100) because I didn't upgrade my coverage! Terribly disappointing all around!! I thought I was hiring a reputable moving group with insurance coverage!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
On moving day, you should be fully packed (with boxes) and ready to go. Try not to use too many plastic bags as it is hazardous to our Tech's as well as potential damages to your items. If you pack your items in plastic bags and items become damaged we will not be held responsible.
What types of moves have you handled?
During our years of service, we have handled both local and long distance relocations. We have also handled multiple office moves. If you are looking to move items from one building to the next, or have an eviction process that needs handling, we offer that service as well. There is never a job too small or too large.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Seeing our clients smile, and have a sigh of relief as they no longer feel the stress from moving.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We start our movers as runners, learning hands-on with the most experienced crew. This is a 4-week process.
