2 helpers came within 30 minutes of my request, had strap cutters, unpacked my queen adjustable bed, moved the 150 pound bed into bedroom, set up the bed and plugged it in to insure it worked. Finished replacing the foot board. Took the huge box into the garage for my Saturday bulk pick up. Took about 30 minutes start to finish!!! I would absolutely use them again.

The owner called me and helped me by giving me help a day early which was great. The guys who showed up were not professional. I repeated instructions several times and the instructions were not followed. I asked for 5 items to be put into specific rooms and places not installed just placed in areas and they did not put any of the items were I told them to put them. They went through my stuff and I asked that I take all the things from the shelves in the pod because I did not want other things put into the baskets. They filled the baskets with everything they could find in the pod. Took a bag and a box out of my garage and started just shoving my stuff bent and broken into the box. At the end one of the people came up to me and asked for payment. The payment was to be completed by the company not by the employees. Just did not feel comfortable with the people who came to my house and just wanted them gone. I paid for two guys for two hours and it could have been done correctly in the two hours because I was doing most of the work myself. But they just got into a hurry and broke furniture and run items into the wall. Just over all a bad experience

After hiring another company who didn't show up, Nice Guy's Moving came the same day at 5pm to rescue us. Our move was really difficult because of the way our apartment community is laid out. But they rocked it. They completed the entire move in under 3 hours in 95° heat, while still taking care of our things. We can't thank them enough.

The 2 guys, who arrived on time, were both more than capable and did a great job. We were moving a very valuable CT Scanner from a medical office and the guys were very careful as to not damage anything! They were very helpful and we were able to complete the move in a few hours. The guys were also willing to work an extra hour which was a huge help. Payment was easy and I would absolutely recommend Mr. Nice Guys for your next move.
