Best people to work with! We appreciated their care over the house and how careful they were to move in items to our house. No issues with doorways or even scratches on furniture, they were awesome! Personable and friendly, but also efficient and fast at moving items in the time frame we hired them for. Highly recommended!

They did a great job unloading 4 pods for me. They were careful with our items (not one thing was damaged!) and they put things where I asked them to. They worked steady and didnt waste any time. HIGHLY RECMMENDED!

Answering the questions above.
1. Not on time, late both days. They called each time to let us know they were late.
2. Yes, they were prepared for the job. Showed up with 3 helpers when 4 were ordered on our second day but that worked out ok and hire a helper credited one of the helpers from the bill.
3. Yes, they worked hard, one leader, one assistant leader, and two others waiting for direction.
4. They were respectful of of our property and goods and let us know when they damaged doorframes.
5. Nice guys we’d use again.

They were more than on time, they were flexible to our moving needs as the loaders we selected (from a different company) were devastatingly late causing a complete disruption to our moving plans. Jacob and Jaime were the best people that could have been selected for this help. They were absolutely wonderful. I have used the helping hand of movers before but I’ve never had a good experience before Jacob and Jaime. I would call them personally to ask for their help again and recommend them to everyone I meet that needed moving labor help. I had 15 minutes to load a portion of things into my storage before the building closed (due to how late the other company was) and they had to correct attitude of let’s get moving and we got this. They were highly respectful of my belongings and worked harder than any other moving labor help I’ve had before. I would recommend them personally if you need help with a move.

We had two helpers for two hours to unload a 16' POD. They confirmed their arrival the day before and arrived on the job 15 minutes early which was fine by us. They worked hard but I was disappointed that they did not bring a dolly which I assumed would be standard practice for moving assistance. Every box and item was carried individually from the POD to our townhome so it was not very efficient and I assume much harder for the workers to move heavy furniture items and multiple boxes at a time. I think if they had the equipment, the move would have been smoother. They spent time struggling to get a couch in the door which we ultimately stopped trying in order to get more boxes unloaded within the time block. They were nice enough to try to bring the couch in again after the boxes were unloaded but we are unsure if it will fit in the door and around the stairs so we had to leave it in the garage for now.

They were on time and worked so hard for me! I explained what I needed done and they jumped right in and finished everything in a timely manner. I enjoyed their company and they were very respectful. I would recommend them to anybody!

2 weeks in our training phase which includes; Customer service, proper lifting, proper packing, proper load & unloading, mindfulness of others belongings etc.

Same Day Moves
We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We refund up to one unused hour over our min..
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
