I think when paying money the speed should be more efficient. The apt was packed, items wrapped, no stairs and they moved lextremely slow.

Mover's response:
The customer was not ready for the move she was still packing the whole apartment it was stuff everywhere. We finished the move before the time was up. She tipped us for finishing up early. She used my company before this was her 3rd time using us she always find something negative to say but keep picking us. She only booked the move for a load we still went and did the unload for her for free no charge. The unload had a elevator that we had to share with the whole apartment residents but we still got done before her time was up. She is a customer that is very hard to please no matter what we do she always find something to say but keep using me. She talk really bad to everyone and she told us that whole day that she has a bad mouth on her. Even her friend that was there said be careful because the customer will go off on us. I let her know we already experienced it before. She is never ready for the move every time we moved her.

The men arrived on time, and worked so hard while being careful with our belongings. They went above and beyond by taking apart a desk so it could be removed from a back room. After the job was complete, they stayed to help my husband connect the car hauler back on the moving truck. Respectful, friendly, hardworking - you will not regret hiring this company!

Above the Rest Movers is true to their name! I am so thankful that when I had some obstacles come up with my move that would've potentially caused me to miss the chance to work with them, I advocated to keep the same company! Leroy helped ease my anxiety as I was moving from several states away with everything going wrong, going wrong of course the weekend I move! Leroy, his calm demeanor and comforting words were the type of customer service missing from this world that wants to rush you every chance it gets! Not only was the service top par, they got everything done so quickly! If anything, I was being Miss Chatty Cathy in their way! LOL (:
Thank you again gentleman. My first day back in Texas went that much smoother thanks to your hard work and dedication!
