Leroy and a young man showed up on time and worked hard on loading a truck. They were careful and very respectful or our property.

Leroy was amazing. Kept working and got the job done. His helper was not the greatest. Was overweight winded easy and from the beginning. He did get through the job.

I think when paying money the speed should be more efficient. The apt was packed, items wrapped, no stairs and they moved lextremely slow.

Mover's response:
The customer was not ready for the move she was still packing the whole apartment it was stuff everywhere. We finished the move before the time was up. She tipped us for finishing up early. She used my company before this was her 3rd time using us she always find something negative to say but keep picking us. She only booked the move for a load we still went and did the unload for her for free no charge. The unload had a elevator that we had to share with the whole apartment residents but we still got done before her time was up. She is a customer that is very hard to please no matter what we do she always find something to say but keep using me. She talk really bad to everyone and she told us that whole day that she has a bad mouth on her. Even her friend that was there said be careful because the customer will go off on us. I let her know we already experienced it before. She is never ready for the move every time we moved her.
